The fees in consideration of all the firm’s services and work are set freely. As a general rule, they are based on hourly rates that vary depending on the difficulty of the case, the type of work and the person performing it (partner or staff member) and also depending on particular criteria: urgency, number of people involved, means used, etc.

In certain situations, an additional fee based on outcome may be agreed. When justified by the nature of the case, a lump sum may be agreed as the fee.
