Xavier Tandeau de Marsac

• Former student of the École Nationale de la France d'Outremer;
• Associate Fellow of the lnstitute of Law and of International Business Practice of the International Chamber of Commerce;
• Former President of the International Section of the Confederated Union of Lawyers;
• President of the Working Group of the International Chamber of Commerce on multiparty arbitration;

• Died in an accident in 1985.
